Elaboration: White wine made with the Albariño variety. The selected grapes are used and come from the old vines of the estate with more than 25 years of antiquity. Must obtained from the first draining, is fermented at low temperature and remains stored on the lees for 6 months applying the batonage technique. Aging in deposit.
Visual Phase: Straw yellow color with golden and green reflections, very clean and bright.
Olfactory Phase: Clean aromas of good intensity with fruity hints of apricot, pineapple and apple on a background of hay and white flowers.
Gustatory Phase: In the mouth it is broad, glyceric, with a balanced acidity that gives it freshness and elegance. Aftertaste with a very good final memory.
Consumption temperature: 10 – 12 ºC
Pairing: Fish, shellfish, fresh cheese.
