CHARACTERISTICS: Red wine that has a cherry color with violet reflections. On the nose it is broad, with a fine and distinguished aromatic intensity, reinforced by the load of varietals typical of the Mencia grape. On the palate it is intense, elegant, balanced: a velvety wine, well-assembled acidity, with a subtle, generous and round alcoholic strength that give it the elegance and peculiarity of the best Amandi wines.

CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE: Between 14º and 16º

ELABORATION PROCESS: The harvest is carried out in small capacity boxes so that the grapes arrive intact at the winery, where they are selected by hand. Fermentation in stainless steel is carried out at controlled temperatures and macerated for 8-10 days with three pump-overs per day.
